Hey this is Jakob, and me and Luke did some lizard hunting but we didn't catch a lizard - instead we caught an iguana!
When we came to the hotel we saw these iguanas. First we went to a spot where there was an iguana that was "reachable" (because most are on the roof).
Fearless Luke approached it and grabbed it by the tail. Then he pulled it out of its hole. I looked at Luke like he was a maniac because that thing reminded me of a very ugly dinosaur...
We also saw some alligators on our way to the coast where our hotel is.

Looks like you guys are having a great time! Too bad you are missing the 108 degree weather and Big Sur smoke that is making everyone cough.
We'll have to compare volcano stories from our recent trip to the Big Island of Hawaii.
